Ordering from the European Union

Our online shop currently accepts orders with Italian shipping addresses only.

If you are based in another European Union country, you can still place an order by contacting us directly.
We’ll be happy to assist you and guide you through the process step by step.

Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

How ordering from the EU works

If your shipping address is outside Italy (but within the EU), the order is handled manually to ensure correct shipping costs and availability.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us by email or WhatsApp with the products you’re interested in
  2. We check availability and calculate the shipping cost in advance
  3. We manually create your order with the agreed details
  4. You receive an order confirmation email with a link to checkout
  5. You access the checkout page and authorise the payment using your preferred method

From this point on, the process is the same as for Italian orders.

Payments

Payments are authorised directly by you through our secure checkout.

The total amount is authorised first and processed only after the order has been confirmed, following the same procedure used for Italian customers.

Shipping within the European Union

  • Orders are shipped from Italy
  • Shipping costs are communicated before the order is created
  • No customs clearance or import duties apply within the EU
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination
